Alumunium Flexible Duct is a commercial quality, high performance non insulated duct for medium and low velocity heating, ventilating or air conditioning system, in both new and existing buildings. Also suitable for industrial smoke removal as well as many OEM applications for air distribution or venting.
Excellent flexibility and lightness provide easy Construction. No-Air discharges and lower loss by friction. In case of being exposed, it’s looks good on the surroundings.
Construction
Corrosion-resistant steel wire helix encapsulated within.
Single layer or Double Layer of a hardly burnt alumunium foil sheet.
Packing
Each section compressed to 0,6 – 0,7 meter length in each individual box

Thanks to the anti-flame PVC coating on both faces of polyester & cotton cloth, they are hardly burnt and air doesn’t escape from the duct. This type of flexible duct provides clean and sanitary condition.
The product’s not being attached by adhesives (bond), steel wire would not be rushed to a direction or cloth does not derived partly. Perfect attachment from double-face coating self adhesion and continous coiling from wire to wire provide its super-strength and flexibility over any other product.

Fully flexible high quality factory thermally insulated duct, for all low or medium pressure Air Conditioning and Ventilating systems. Easy to install over either Oval or Round connections.
A Choice of HANDYFLEX aluminum or polyester flexible air duct as inner core and various density of glass wool to choose with 1 inch thickness for insulation covered by the outer jacket / vapor barrier made by a very tough spirally reinforced multiple layer aluminum laminated foil. Type of the product : IA II 16 kg / m3 or IA II 24 kg/ m3.
Construction
Insulated Flexible Duct Consists of fibre glass wool blanket insulated the alumunium or tarpaulin flexible duct and covered by alumunium foil jacket / sleeve to prevent condensation.
Packing
Each section compressed to 1,5 – 2 meter length of plastic tubing / bag
